Estimates and quotes

Photo-quote estimates are non-binding ballpark figures. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any work begins. AI-assisted estimates are provided as a convenience and are not a guarantee of final cost.

Consultation fee

For larger projects (typically flooring or full rehab work), an on-site consultation may be required for precise measurements. The consultation fee is $75. The full fee is credited toward your labor invoice if you book the job within 30 days of the consultation. If you do not proceed, the $75 covers the visit.

Workmanship guarantee

We stand behind our work. Specific guarantee terms (length and scope) are forthcoming and will be confirmed in writing for each job. In general: if our installation fails due to a workmanship issue, we will return and correct it at no additional labor cost.

Materials

Materials are quoted at cost or with a small markup, disclosed in advance. Manufacturer warranties on materials apply per the manufacturer's terms; we are not the warrantor of supplied materials.

Payment terms

Payment is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Larger projects may require a deposit before materials are ordered. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.

Limitation of liability

McCarthy Property Solutions is licensed and insured. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific job giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, hidden conditions discovered during work (which may require additional scope), or work performed by other contractors.
