What we collect
When you contact us through this site, by SMS, by email, or by phone, we may collect: your name, phone number, email address, project description, location (county/town), and any photos you choose to share.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry, send estimates, schedule visits, and complete the work you've asked us to do.
- To analyze project photos using AI tools so we can provide a fast, ballpark estimate. AI-assisted estimates are not binding — final pricing is confirmed in writing.
- To send service-related messages (appointment confirmations, follow-ups). We do not send marketing texts or emails without your opt-in.
Photo retention
Photos you submit for a quote are stored privately and accessible only to authorized staff. If your project does not result in booked work, photos are deleted within 90 days. Photos of completed projects may be retained as part of our records and, with your consent, displayed in our project gallery.
Third parties we use
- Anthropic — provides the AI vision and language models used for photo analysis and content generation.
- Google Business Profile — we sync customer reviews from our public Google listing.
- Google Analytics & Microsoft Clarity — aggregate usage analytics. No personal information is sold to third parties.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing mckcanadian@hotmail.com. To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any text. We will confirm and remove you from messaging.
